Military men and women get redeployed now and then. After a short period of months, they get deployed to other stations. Redeployment of military officers mostly affects the spouses especially the ones who has taken up various careers. The spouse finds it difficult to remain employed. It is also hard for a military spouse to take any career education course as she or he does not know when the next redeployment will happen.
However, thanks to advanced technology, military spouses can be able to take up online career training programs. With online career course, the learner can take up the course while based in part of the region. Several other learning institutions allows the learner to participate in the programs from any part of the world. Online training programs has allowed several military spouses to advance their careers without considering deployment as a hindering factor.

The program has made it easier for military spouses to learn and excel.
Beneficially is expected to have an account with MyCAA in order to benefit from the scholarship program. Any successful applicant then makes an application, 30 days prior to the start of the courses.

A course that a spouse had already enrolled or have already taken will also not be catered for under the scholarship program.
MyCAA does not also make any prior payment for a future course that the military spouse intends to take in future, unless it is a prior payment of the same course that the spouse is taking now. Another necessity omitted in the MyCAA online training program is the cost of uniforms or books, amongst many more.
